Overview
All Brakoon brackets are custom-built to order. Because every bracket is laser-cut and fabricated specifically for your vehicle, order, and engraving specs, our return and refund policy reflects the made-to-order nature of our products.
Returns & Refunds โ 30-Day Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the bracket must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Because our products are custom-fabricated, we cannot accept returns on brackets that have been drilled, mounted, or modified in any way.
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Brackets that have been installed, drilled, or physically modified
- Orders where the incorrect vehicle information was submitted by the buyer
- Custom engraving โ engraving is permanent and non-refundable once fabricated
- Orders returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bracket arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Send photos and your order details to brakon07@gmail.com or reach us on WhatsApp at +1 (602) 725-6093.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or if we made an error in your order. If you need an exchange, email us at brakon07@gmail.com and ship your item to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without a tracking number.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company โ processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at brakon07@gmail.com.
