Welcome to Brakoon. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Made-to-Order Products
All Brakoon products, including A-pillar brackets and roof racks, are manufactured on demand.

Production Time: Once an order is placed, please allow approximately 3 business days for fabrication before shipping.

Specifications: The customer is responsible for providing the correct vehicle make, model, and year during the configuration process.

2. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across the United States. While we estimate a delivery time of 5-10 business days, Brakoon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

3. Professional Installation Recommended
Brakoon provides high-quality off-road hardware. However:

We strongly recommend that all brackets and racks be installed by a professional.

Brakoon is not liable for any damage to the vehicle or personal injury resulting from improper installation or misuse of our products.

4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our “Made to Order” products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information.

5. Limitation of Liability
Brakoon LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products on or off public roads.
